Maintenance Agreement

In order to provide superior service and for you to keep current with the latest product updates from Red Oak, our Maintenance Agreement for the first year is required with all purchases. They are available at 20% of the current product license cost for each year thereafter. Maintenance Agreements entitle licensee to any software releases and priority technical support during the year of coverage.

Customers covered by a Red Oak maintenance agreement are entitled to the following services:

  • Software Upgrades

    Receive new versions of the software and all maintenance releases at no additional charge. Customers are also eligible to participate in beta testing programs for new versions of the software, if desired.

  • Unlimited Priority Telephone Support

    Red Oak maintains a staff of knowledgeable Support Engineers to assist users with questions regarding the installation and operation of our software. Customers should reference their license agreement number when calling 877-660-4688, from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard time, Monday through Friday, except for holidays. A voicemail system is available for leaving messages during non-business hours at the same number.

  • Unlimited Priority E-mail Support

    Customers wishing to communicate via e-mail will be given the same priority technical support.
